Each year, since August 24, 2010, I share a personal thought about my beloved husband and dearest friend.  This year is no different, I still miss him greatly.  He was my "one true love", father of our four children, grandfather of ten beautiful grandchildren and now, one great grandchild.  He is with us in "spirit" and his memory is within the hearts of all of us.

William, your memory is blessed and we are all blessed for having the privilege of knowing you, loving you, and calling you "best friend" to us all.

The Justice Department said Thursday it will sue Texas over the state’s strict voter photo identification law and will intervene in a separate lawsuit challenging the state’s new congressional map.

Attorney General Eric Holder said the action “marks another step forward in the Justice Department’s continuing effort to protect the voting rights of all eligible Americans.”

“The department will take action against jurisdictions that attempt to hinder access to the ballot box, no matter where it occurs,” he said. “We will keep fighting aggressively to prevent voter disenfranchisement.”

In the voter ID lawsuit, the Justice Department says the Texas law — which requires voters to present a state-approved photo ID to cast a ballot — was adopted with the purpose of denying or curtailing minorities the right to vote based on race, color or language. Permissible forms of IDs include a concealed handgun license, while student IDs aren’t allowed.

The law passed in 2011 but was put on hold due to a Justice Department challenge. But when the Supreme Court in June struck down a key portion of the Civil Rights-era Voting Rights Act — allowing Texas and several states with a history of voter discrimination to make changes to their elections laws without first getting federal approval — Texas officials quickly moved to implement the measure.

The Supreme Court’s ruling also paved the way for the Republican-controlled Texas government to implement a disputed new congressional map. A federal court previously ruled the state’s redistricting process intentionally discriminated against Hispanic voters.

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, accused Holder and the Obama administration of tampering with state sovereignty in an attempt to “turn our state [Democratic] blue.”

“As Texans we reject the notion that the federal government knows what’s best for us,” Cornyn said. “We deserve the freedom to make our own laws and we deserve not to be insulted by a Justice Department committed to scoring cheap political points.”

Holder said he will fight the state’s controversial election measures using all available legal tools, including a little-used provision in the Voting Right Act that allows the Justice Department to block a state election law if a federal judge first deems it to be intentionally discriminatory.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry accused Holder of unfairly exploiting legal loopholes that would undermine the Supreme Court.

“Once again, the Obama administration is demonstrating utter contempt for our country’s system of checks and balances, not to mention the U.S. Constitution,” Perry said earlier this summer. “This end-run around the Supreme Court undermines the will of the people of Texas, and casts unfair aspersions on our state’s common-sense efforts to preserve the integrity of our elections process.”

· The Brotherhood’s goal is to turn the world into an Islamist empire. The Muslim Brotherhood, founded in Egypt in 1928, is a revolutionary fundamentalist movement to restore the caliphate and strict shariah (Islamist) law in Muslim lands and, ultimately, the world. Today, it has chapters in 80 countries.

“It is in the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its law on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet.” —Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna[2]

· The Brotherhood wants America to fall. It tells followers to be “patient” because America “is heading towards its demise.”

· The Brotherhood claims western democracy is “corrupt,” “unrealistic.” and “false.”

· The Brotherhood calls for jihad against “the Muslim’s real enemies, not only Israel but also the United States. Waging jihad against both of these infidels is a commandment of Allah that cannot be disregarded.” —Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Muhammed Badi, Sept. 2010[5] 

· The Brotherhood assassinated Anwar Sadat in 1981 for making peace with the hated “Zionist entity.”[6]

It also assassinated Egypt’s prime minister in 1948 and attempted to assassinate President Nasser in 1954.[7]

· Hamas is a “wing of the Muslim Brotherhood,” according to the Hamas Charter, Chapter 2. The Charter calls for the murder of Jews, the “obliteration” of Israel and its replacement with an Islamist theocracy.
· The Brotherhood supports Hezbollah’s war against the Jews. Brotherhood leader Mahdi Akef declared he was “prepared to send 10,000 jihad fighters immediately to fight at the side of Hezbollah” during Hezbollah’s war against Israel in 2006.[8]

· The Brotherhood glorifies Osama bin Laden. Osama is “in all certainty, a mujahid (heroic fighter), and I have no doubt in his sincerity in resisting the occupation, close to Allah on high.” —Former Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Muhammed Mahdi Akef, Nov. 2007[9]

· The Brotherhood “sanctioned martyrdom operations in Palestine.…They do not have bombs, so they turn themselves into bombs. This is a necessity.” — Muslim Brotherhood Spiritual leader Yusuf al-Qaradawi, Dec. 17, 2010[10]

· The Brotherhood advocates violent jihad: The “change that the [Muslim] nation seeks can only be attained through jihad and sacrifice and by raising a jihadi generation that pursues death just as the enemies pursue life,” said Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Muhammed Badi in a September 2010 sermon.[11] 

Major terrorists came out of the Muslim Brotherhood, including bin Laden’s deputy Ayman al-Zawahiri and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (mastermind of the 9/11 attacks).[12]

· The Brotherhood advocates a deceptive strategy in democracies: appear moderate and use existing institutions to gain power. “The civilizational-jihadist process…is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house…so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious overall other religions,” reads a US Muslim Brotherhood 1991 document.[13] 

It believes it can conquer Europe peacefully: “After having been expelled twice, Islam will be victorious and reconquer Europe....I am certain that this time, victory will be won not by the sword but by preaching and [Islamic] ideology.” — Muslim Brotherhood Spiritual leader Yusuf al-Qaradawi, “Fatwa,” 2003[14]

· The Brotherhood uses democracy, but once in power it will replace democracy with fundamentalist shariah law because it is the “true democracy.” “The final, absolute message from heaven contains all the values which the secular world claims to have invented....Islam and its values antedated the West by founding true democracy.”

NOTE: There are six, to our knowledge, in key positions in Washington, DC.

· The Brotherhood’s view of women’s rights is to subjugate and segregate women: The ideal society would include “a campaign against ostentation in dress and loose behaviour…segregation of male and female students; private meetings between men and women, unless within the permitted degrees of relationship, to be counted as a crime for which both will be censured…prohibition of dancing and other such pastimes." —Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna, “Five Tracts”[16]

· The Brotherhood supports Female Genital Mutilation: “[the Americans] wage war on Muslim leaders, the traditions of its faith and its ideas. They even wage war against female circumcision, a practice current in 36 countries, which has been prevalent since the time of the Pharaohs.” —Former Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Muhammed Mahdi Akef, 2007[17]

· The Brotherhood will not treat non-Muslim minorities, such as Coptic Christians, as equals. “Allah's word will reign supreme and the infidels' word will be inferior.” —Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Muhammed Badi, Sept. 2010[18]

· The Brotherhood refuses to commit to continuing the Israel-Egypt peace treaty.[19]

Muslim Brotherhood leaders have said that “as far as the movement is concerned, Israel is a Zionist entity occupying holy Arab and Islamic lands...and we will get rid of it no matter how long it takes.” —Former Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Muhammed Mahdi Akef, 2005 and 2007[20]

· The Brotherhood has anti-Semitic roots. It supported the Nazis, organized mass demonstrations against the Jews with slogans promoting ethnic cleansing like “Down with the Jews!” and “Jews get out of Egypt and Palestine!” in 1936; carried out a violent pogrom against Egypt’s Jews in November 1945; and made sure that Nazi collaborator and Palestinian Mufti al-Husseini was granted asylum in Egypt in 1946.[21]

· The Brotherhood remains virulently anti-Semitic. “Today the Jews are not the Israelites praised by Allah, but the descendants of the Israelites who defied His word. Allah was angry with them and turned them into monkeys and pigs….There is no doubt that the battle in which the Muslims overcome the Jews [will come]....In that battle the Muslims will fight the Jews and kill them." —Muslim Brotherhood Spiritual leader Yusuf al-Qaradawi[22]

Israel bombs pro-Assad Lebanon militants after rocket attack

Meanwhile, news reached us yesterday that missiles/rockets (four) had landed in Israel from Lebanon.  Last night, in response to those rocket attacks, Israel's IAF responded "in kind", by bombing a militant base located in Lebanon:  The photos and report by Reuters, below:

(Reuters) - Israel's air force on Friday bombed a militant base in Lebanon used by allies of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and radical Islamists in retaliation for a rare cross-border rocket salvo a day earlier, Israeli and Lebanese officials said.

There were no reported casualties in the Israeli raid near the Rashidiyi Palestinian refugee camp between Sidon and Beirut, or the rocket strike on Thursday in Israel's northern Galilee region.

Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon called the air strike a "response" to the rocket fire and said he "holds the Lebanese government responsible for what happens in its midst and won't accept any shooting or provocations".

An al Qaeda-associated Sunni Muslim group calling itself the Brigades of Abdullah Azzam claimed responsibility for Thursday's attack on Israel.

However, the Lebanese army said in a statement that Israel had stuck a network of tunnels used by the pro-Syrian Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command (PFLP-GC) in Naameh, an area between Sidon and Beirut, leaving a five-meter-wide (16-foot) crater in the ground.

A Lebanese security source said the camp was home as well to Islamist militants.

Israel routinely retaliates for cross-border shootings, although such altercations have been rare since an inconclusive 2006 war with Hezbollah Shi'ite Muslim guerrillas in Lebanon.

Israel has also been reluctant to open a Lebanese front due to spiraling instability in the region, but fears al Qaeda-linked groups in Syria may turn their sights on the Jewish state and the occupied Golan Heights or that Hezbollah may do so to deflect criticism from the Sunni Arab world for backing Assad.

While Hezbollah has lined up behind Assad, al Qaeda affiliates are fighting with Syrian rebels against the government in Damascus.

The Israeli Air Force struck a "terrorist" target 7 kilometers south of Beirut early on Friday morning, the IDF said in a statement.

The airstrike was carried out in response to four rockets being fired from Lebanon into northern Israel on Thursday.

The report on this video is not "new" news: it has been widely reported over the past 7-10 days and the MEDIA has refused to open up talks/questions that are coming straight out of Egypt, by the very organization (Muslim Brotherhood) Obama has supported since Morsi was first elected.  I'll even go so far as to ask if this was the primary reason for McCain/Graham's visit to Egypt two weeks ago. Obama has managed to escape taking responsibility on his "watch" for every scandal and investigation in Washington, DC; his fingerprints are on all of them, because no matter who pulled the switch, it all leads to the White House;  Fast and Furious, NSA, IRS, BENGHAZI,, etc.  And now, add the "Muslim Brotherhood", a terrorist organization that had nothing to do with the security or best interests of our nation, (uses as an excuse to send aid , F-16's, military tanks, and rivers of cash flowing into Egypt, under Morsi's short leadership) and you can add "aiding and abetting" to the long list of scandals presently under congressional investigations in Washington.

When will this madness end?  When Congress does its job; the one they were hired to do; and begin representing the people of the United States and stop allowing the cover-ups to continue day after day, week after week, and leading into years of corrupt leadership of a government that should be "for the people, by the people".

Don't believe the claims of the organizers who say that the march is being held to battle fear and discrimination. They are wordsmiths

In multiple media appearances, the organizers of the Million American March Against Fear (formerly the Million Muslim March), which will be held on September 11, claim that the march is being held to battle fear, discrimination and human rights violations. They are being wordsmiths. This is an Islamist-linked, conspiracy-promoting political rally that uses 9/11 to push an anti-Western narrative.

The march is being organized by American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC), an organization linked to Islamist radicals and 9/11 “Truthers.”  The head organizers have personal histories of promoting an Islamist agenda for America, anti-Semitism and 9/11 conspiracy theories. In fact, according to one of the organizers, the name of the march was changed to accommodate non-Muslim 9/11 conspiracy theory groups.

On its website, AMPAC says:

• “'Al-Qaeda’ is a joke. And so is the whole ‘war on terror.’”
• ​“Whether or not Al-Qaeda is completely mythical, the so-called ‘Islamic terrorist threat’ is pure hallucination.”

A number of Muslim organizations have signed on for the Million American March Against Fear on 9/11. These include: 

• Los Angeles chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity 
• Muslim American Society, a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity 
• American Muslim Alliance 
• American Muslim Task Force 
• Muslims for Liberty 
• Muslim March Against Terrorism 
• Mosque Care (North Carolina)
• Muslim American PAC (NJ)
• North American Bangladeshi Association for Bangladesh
• South Asian Chamber of Commerce

The rally’s website also claims support from a number of non-Muslim political groups including Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth Movement, DC Area 9/11 Truth Movement, March Against Drones and the Occupy Wall Street Movement.

AMPAC, the organization behind the march, is headed by MD Rabbi Alam, a controversial figure who is a documented 9/11 “Truther.”  Last July, the Clarion Project discovered that Alam is personally associated with the pro-Hamas Islamist group Viva Palestina (VP) and that a number of Alam’s officials have served in official capacities for VP.

The Investigative Project on Terrorism  says “[T]he Viva Palestina campaign is more about supporting and legitimizing Hamas than it is about providing aid to the needy …They treat Hamas leaders as the legitimate representatives of the Palestinian people and provide both material and political support to the terrorist organization.”

Viva Palestina is led by anti-American British politician George Galloway. VP was investigated by the British government in 2009 and is currently under investigation again. Canada has banned Galloway from entering the country because of his support for the Hamas terrorist group, which includes publicly handing a bag of cash to a Hamas minister.

Alam attended a fundraiser headlined by George Galloway on July 2, 2009 that brought in $103,000 for “medical relief for Palestinians in Gaza.” There is a photo of him sitting in the front row. The Gaza Strip is controlled by Hamas, a terrorist organization (as designated by the U.S. government) and the Palestinian wing of the Brotherhood. Other participants in the fundraiser included two Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups, Muslim American Society and American Muslims for Palestine. Alam is a documented 9/11 “Truther,” who claimed that no Jews were killed on 9/11 until he was confronted with the facts (he then apologized). In a video of a speech he prepared for an American Muslims for Palestine event, now blocked from the public, Alam says, “[T]his country, it is true, that when you are not involved in the mainstream, you are nothing but treated yourself as a stranger. It is as simple as it is.”

Alam also heads two other organizations that are also involved in organizing the march, the Missouri Democratic Party Asian American Caucus (MDPAAC) and the National Democratic Party Asian American Caucus.

March Speaker Imam Mahdi Bray: The U.S. Is Waging a War on Islam

One of the listed speakers is Imam Mahdi Bray, identified as an official of the Muslim American Society. In 2008, federal prosecutorssaid MAS was “founded as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in America.” Secret U.S. Muslim Brotherhood member and convicted terrorist Abdurrahman Alamoudi said in 2012 that “everyone knows that MAS is the Muslim Brotherhood.” In 2000, Bray was on stage with Abdurrahman Alamoudi when he praised Hamas and Hezbollah.

Bray gave an approving gesture and the audience cheered when the statement was made. Bray later condemned the Israeli assassination of Hamas’ spiritual leader as “state-sponsored terrorism.” He has alsoaccused the U.S. of waging a “war on Islam.” In February 2008, Braytraveled to Egypt to stand in solidarity with Brotherhood members being prosecuted by the ruling government.

March Organizer Isa Hodge: You Can See Sharia Law in the Constitution Itself

Isa Hodge is the Chief of Operations of the rally on September 11 and the Executive Director of AMPAC. He is also a former Executive Member of MDPAAC.

On January 4, Hodge was on the AMPAC Internet show when hesaid, “You can actually see Sharia Law in the Constitution itself” and that “Muslims have been in this country long before the white man ever touched the shore.”  He accused the U.S. government of a 9/11 cover-up in the same interview.

March Organizer Dr. Kevin Barrett: U.S. Gov’t Is Secretly Controlled by Zionist Conspiracy

Dr. Kevin Barrett is the Director of Media and Outreach of the rally on September 11 and National Communications Director of AMPAC. He has appeared on Iranian state TV and states emphatically that the U.S. government is secretly controlled by a Zionist conspiracy and 9/11 attacks were carried out by Israel. He is the founder of theMuslim-Jewish-Christian Alliance for 9/11 Truth.

More Documentation Linking Alam to Viva Palestina

Alam’s other organization, MDPAAC, has other links to Viva Palestina. The former Campaign Director, Fadi Banyalmarjeh, is a Syrian and was listed as a contact for a 2009 fundraiser featuring Galloway. He has also “liked” Galloway on his Facebook page. He also served as treasurer for Alam’s failed campaign for Secretary of State.

Banyalmarjeh’s profile now has photos supportive of former Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, who belongs to the Muslim Brotherhood. There is also an Internet post that appears to be written by Banyalmarjeh that quotes Hassan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Banyalmarjeh’s name was removed from MDPAAC’s website shortly after our article was published.

MDPAAC also deleted the name of Mohamed El-Housiny as its Youth Coordinator. He was described in 2009 as a “Viva Palestina volunteer event coordinator” and took part in a VP convoy to Gaza in July 2009. He was also a member of a VP convoy that tried to break the Israeli blockade through Egypt in January 2010. He was injured in a clash with Egyptian security personnel. He spoke at an American Muslims for Palestine event on February 7, 2010 and an event about VP on February 15, 2010.

Another name removed from MDPAAC’s website is Adnan Bayazid, who was listed as Director of Fundraising. He is still listed as a National Delegate on the Facebook page of the MDPAAC-linkedNational Democratic Party Asian American Caucus.

He was the imam of the Islamic Society of Greater Kansas City, which is linked to Alam and Banyalmarjeh. According to Congressional testimony in 2006, he spoke at the Kansas City Art Institute in 2002 and told students that the 9/11 attacks were orchestrated by the U.S. and Israel and that no Jews showed up for work at the World Trade Center.

As hard as they try, Islam will not exploit the memory of 9/11/2011.  The following videos are a tribute to the heros of 9/11 and were created BEFORE the election of the Islamic Apologist, Barack HUSSEIN Obama.  No matter how we failed to see the coming attacks on our soil, we responded to those attacks with courage and America's troops have fought the "good fight" for 12 very bloody years.  

The longest war America ever fought was brought upon us by the Islamic hatred towards us - we shall never forget and if there's any "marching" involved in our annual Tribute on 9/11, the marching will be held by Americans - all survivors of the worst attack in the history of these United States of America.
