OMG - He can't be serious!

If you thought his 'engagement' policy was stupid, you won't believe how much worse this is. During a press conference with Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki on Monday, Barack Hussein Obama said that the US has 'asked' Iran to return the RQ-170 unmanned aerial vehicle that the Iranians captured last week. Yes, really.

Let's go to the videotape.

Does that moron really think the Iranians are going to give him back his toy?

And then there's this little comment on Prime Minister Maliki's views on Syria.

Also during the meeting with Maliki, Obama acknowledged differences between Washington and Baghdad on how to deal with Syrian President Bashar Assad's government's crackdown on pro-democracy demonstrators but said Maliki was acting in Iraq's best interests.

Maliki raised concerns about the risk of sectarian violence in Syria spilling into neighboring Iraq and said he wanted the Syrian situation resolved peacefully.

And for this 4,500 Americans have lost their lives?

The "lost" drone (Iran is calling it "Obama's toy") has become the talk of the town.  Well, actually, everyone in the world is talking about it!  Why didn't it have the capability of self-destruction once in the hands of an enemy?  Gee, do you think Iran plans to sell to the highest bidder?  Or, turn it against U.S. military still in Afghanistan/Pakistan?  One can only imagine the worse, knowing America's greatest enemy has high-tech equipment from the U.S.A.

The President met with the President of Iraq who had in tow a former Iranian terrorist. It gives strength to charges that 20,000 Al-Quts were already in Iraq; and supporting Assad, which american ascribed the presence to a few Iranian drug gangs were helping Assad. We also have new reports of potential cyber attacks from Venezuala and Iran routed through Mexico, a pdf file on the net has detailed information of Iranian penetration and recruitment with drug cartels in the Southern Hemisphere. We are obviously being put at risk by a preference to depend on diplomacy when we should be taking the Islamist threat as seriously as we once regarded the Soviets. Unfortunately, shariah advocation and hard line socialism seems to be the point of the Union democrats and the Obama administration. the capture of the drone pre-empts an Israeli attack on illegal Iranian nuclear facilities. Who's side am I supposed to believe Obama is on?
