"What a difference a day makes", or in some cases, just hours. The other day I was sitting at my computer watching the beautiful ceremonies of Israel's 65th Independence Day. I had posted to my Facebook friends that Israel certainly knows how to throw a party!
However, just before shutting down the computer, news came over the television: "Boston Marathon under attack" and what was a lovely afternoon, turned into a cowardly, criminal act that caused the lives of young children and adults, during Massachusetts Patriot's Day celebration, with the annual international Marathon held in Boston, MA.
An overwhelming feeling of sickness came over me as I watched the bloody scenes, the sounds of ambulances, the injured victims being rushed out of the area, towards awaiting doctors and ambulances and of course, my first thought was: "Who would commit such a monstrous act to innocent people?"
Before moving out of state, I worked in Copley Square, Boston and I know the buildings and streets like the back of my hand. I had attended numerous Boston Marathon's and remember with great joy, the feeling of watching the runners arrive at the Finish line. That was a time before 9/11, a time when Americans felt more safe and secure; a time before the War on Terror and thousands of our troops dying on the battlefields.
When it was announced that there was a "person of interest" at the emergency room of one of Boston's hospitals and that this person was a Saudi national on a student visa, memories of 9/11 immediately came to mind. Was this the beginnings of a new wave of terror from Islamic extremists? However, today it was confirmed that the student is no longer a suspect/person of interest and we're back to zero as to understanding or knowing the person responsible for over 144 injured (many critical) lying throughout the hospitals in Boston.
However, some things do not change; such as, our enemies dancing in the streets (again, as they did on 9/11) of Gaza, celebrating and passing out candy, rejoicing in our pain and grief. How does this make you feel America? Their hatred towards the United States is no different than their hatred towards Israel. They burn both flags, rejoice when our citizens die and/or injured, just as they do whenever they shoot missiles into Israel. As one of my friend's said earlier today:
Why shouldn't they dance in Gazza !! USA pay 34% of the aid to UNRWA to pay for palestinian food and schooling... What a world.
However, our politicians in Washington, DC see nothing wrong with this administration throwing away billions of dollars in "aid" to comfort these same terrorists in Gaza - Hamas and other Islamic terrorist organizations living in Gaza. Oh, there have been letters written to President Obama from a few Congressional members, asking that the US stop sending aid to these people, but nothing that held a bucket of water, as eventually, the aid is sent, under the guise of "humanity" and excuses of "it's in America's best interest".
"WHOEVER DID THE ATTACK IN BOSTON HAS WRITTEN HIS NAME IN PARADISE"
Egyptian Ikhwan politician Safwat Hijazi : " Whoever did the attack on Boston has written his name in paradise."
By the way, America gives 2 billion dollars package aid to Egypt every year !!!!!
Safwat Hijazi hails and praises the killing of innocent americans !
I think the USA should re-think its policy or demand the capture of terrorist Hijazi for provoking to kill innocent people.
الأرهابي المصري صفوت حجازي يشيد بقتل الأبرياء في بوسطن
It is past time Washington's leaders recognize the difference between America's enemies and her allies. An ounce of common sense would also be welcomed, because not one red penny will ever make these people like us, or wish to stop their hateful terrorism. If no one on earth could relate to what Israel suffers daily, living next door to Gaza and Hamas, perhaps Monday, April 15th, on a sunny afternoon during a holiday celebration in Boston, a few now understand that what we experienced is just a taste of what Israel experiences by its citizens, every day of their lives.
There will never be peace in the Middle East, until the Arab Muslims put down their weapons of hate and begin teaching their children to live peacefully with its neighbors. And, there will never be security in the United States, until we root out the enemy within our own borders. We need to begin refusing visas to countries that promote terrorism; close our borders; fix immigration and the "refugee" program under Immigration Services, which is allowing hundreds of thousands of Muslims free entry into our country without background checks; stop sending planes, tanks and cash to Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood, and other organizations, such as the Palestinians, and that would be a good start to securing America's borders.
Homeland Security placed Immigration Naturalization Services under their wings after 9/11. It was suppose to re-organize and correct mistakes of the Dept. of Immigration - has it? No! Plain and simple, we are no further ahead in protecting America today, than we were the day after 9/11. We have made matters worse, by refusing to acknowledge who our real enemies are vs. our allies. Removing the word "Islamic terrorism" from federal training manuals will not make terrorism disappear from our society! It only confuses matters, when attempting to hide the enemy by refusing to call them by name.
We don't know who committed the crimes in Boston on Monday. It may be a lone wolf; or a few sympathizes of Islam; or a one-man band of insanity. Time will tell, and it will eventually reveal what evil mind committed this act and when it does, may the Lord have mercy and justice prevail.
Americans Stand with Israel

Note: The poster at the top of this page is one being passed around today, by many patriots who no longer trust this administration to seek the truth. The deaths of four Americans in Benghazi; the failed foreign policies of this administration; the betrayals of Americans on the homefront by this "President" are reasons enough for us to wonder if his empty words about bringing justice to the victims has a ring of truth behind his promise. And by the way, Obama had announced that the War on Terror is over - tell that to the Bostonians, Mr. President.
