US Secretary of State John Kerry has a date with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu Sunday to report on the accord he reached in Geneva with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Syrian chemical weapons.
He then flies to Paris to meet the British and French foreign ministers, William Hague and Lauren Fabius.
DEBKAfile:  US Secretary of State John Kerry will be coming with words of assurance for Netanyahu. Israel is deeply concerned by a sense that the Obama administration has sold out the Syrian rebels and saved Bashar Assad in a deal with Moscow. 

No one in Jerusalem trusts Assad’s pledge to give up his chemical weapons, certain he will surrender no more than a portion to international control and conceal the rest.
