Jewish lives do not count - by Carl in Jerusalem

Amir Benayoun - Dust yourself - is dedicated to Tamar Fogel

for  those killed in Itamar

A year ago this coming week, Udi, Ruti, Yoav, Elad and Hadas Fogel HY"D (May God Avenge their blood) were murdered in cold blood in their own home.

For the most part, the West has ignored the Fogel murders. The 'human rights' groups have ignored the murders entirely. Jewish lives don't count.Giulio Meotti explains.
Yet there is something even more horrible than Awad’s sadistic hatred: Western’s complacency. In recent years we have seen plenty of saccharine movies about Jewish children killed in the death camps in their pajamas, but the same public opinion reacted with indifference to the images of the Fogel babies dismembered by terrorists.

...

The Fogels, right down to the decapitated baby, were less human than the Arab victims and therefore less deserving of Western outrage on their behalf. The “settler kids” are invisible, as the northern Israel towns were during the 1970s, when Yasser Arafat’s terrorists murdered Israeli babies in Ma’alot, Kiryat Shmona, Misgav Am and Avivim.

...

Itamar’s massacre has been excused, as the “anger” of the perpetrators is fully justified in international eyes. PA President Mahmoud Abbas said many times that “I will never allow a single Israeli to live among us on Palestinian land.” Such state would be the first to officially prohibit Jews or any other faith since Nazi Germany, which sought a Jew-free country.

That an Arab movement should call the presence of Jews an obstacle to peace is one thing. It is quite another for an enlightened and so-called liberal world to do so. But this is the precise reason why Itamar didn’t cause any global scandal. Because in a world less surreal than the one we live in, the act of bursting into a Jewish home and slitting the throats of babies would be the cause of moral and religious outrage.

Multiply this act by thousands and one might think it would prompt an international uproar. Yet in the world we live in, Itamar was just a footnote. The Vatican made no reference to the Itamar massacre; nor did UNICEF raise its voice against the slaughter of innocent Jewish children.

The media then fabricated the justification: Because Itamar’s babies were “settlers,” they brought the crime upon themselves. Indeed, after any killing spree of “settlers,” we all read the same comment in the mainstream media: If the Jews hadn’t been there, they wouldn’t have been killed. If Israel took this approach seriously, it would dismantle the entire Israeli state.

Sorry, but Israel won't commit suicide to reelect Obama

On the Hill, Alexander Bolton writes that a potential Israeli strike on Iran has become one of the biggest threats to President Obama's reelection bid (Hat Tip: Memeorandum).
The Obama administration and economic experts have warned a pre-emptive attack by Israel could send the economy into a slump, which would change the trajectory of campaigns for the White House and Congress.

Economic and energy experts say an attack could cause an oil shock, which sent the United States into recession in the late 1970s. In the early '90s, a similar shock occurred when the OPEC oil embargo and the Iraq invasion of Kuwait sent prices soaring.

“If Iran is to retaliate against Israel or other U.S. targets, it’s really unpredictable. It’s safe to say there would be a big shock to oil prices,” said Adam Hersh, an economist at the Center for American Progress.

“The oil price shock and domestic politics in the United States are my biggest concerns for disrupting the economic recovery we’ve been seeing,” he said.

...

Obama’s poll numbers have gone up with the economy, the chief concern of voters heading into the November election, and any news that would change that trajectory is unwanted at the White House.
Read the whole thing.

Sorry American friends, but even under the best of circumstances, Israel cannot be expected to take the fall for the US economy, and certainly not for Obama's reelection, when its survival is at stake. Once you factor in the fact that Obama is a major cause of this situation by his (in)actions over the last three years, it's a no-brainer that an Israeli decision maker who is charged with protecting Israel should ignore the cost of oil in deciding what to do. That's reality.

PARENTAL OUTRAGE FORCES HOUSTON SCHOOL TO DROP PRO-OBAMA CHANT

NOTE: Caught once, caught twice ... should be 3 strikes and you're out, Obama!  Shortly after he took office, a parent had taken a live video of a kindergarten class singing praises to Obama; the same outrage from parents soon stopped that nonsense; now, here we go again folks!  Between Michele's "food police", undermining parents and praises to Obama, would anyone like to explain to the American people if the Obamas' consider themselves the "FIRST" King and Queen of the United States of America?!  I keep asking and will continue to ask, who also had a "Youth" movement indoctrinated in anti-Semitism and motivated to fight faithfully for the Third Reich?  People throw out words, such as, Socialism and Marxism ... are we there yet?!

The poem has nothing to do with celebrating Black History month; it's Round 2 of Obama's campaign!  See the video below:

The following video is approx 4 minutes. In the first 3:30 it shows kids being propagandized by Barack Hussein Obamas supporters. The last 30 seconds shows the 'hitler youth' being propagandized the same exact way. Note how both have the overbearing display of flags, posters, etc. Glassy eyed children blindly reciting what their elders told them to. UPDATE: I AM SURE THE MUSLIM IN CHIEF WILL USE THE SAME TACTICS AND COMMERCIALS LIKE THIS AGAIN IN 2012

The people have spoken in Houston and forced a school to change a its decision to use an over-the-top poem praising President Obama.
Just last week The Blaze brought you the story of Tipps Elementary School in Houston that sent kindergarteners home with an assignment to learn a poem that lavished praises on the president as part of Black History Month.
Here’s a sample of the actual lyrics of the poem (spelling errors belong to the school district, not The Blaze):
Who really likes to play basketball?
Obama really likes to play basketball
Who’s gonna answer our every call?
Every Call, Basketball
Outside the box, Chicago White Sox
Resident, President
Who’s famous slogan is Yes we can?
Obams’s famous slogan is Yes we can
Who do we know is the man?
Barack Obama is the man
He’s our man, Yes we can!
Every Call, Basketvall
Outside the box, Chicago White Sox
Resident, President
Who won a grammy for “Dreams of my Father”?
Obama won a grammy for “Dreams of my Father”?
Now can you guess who’s a famous author
Barack Obama is a famous author
An outraged parent sent a copy of the poem/song, and the memo attached to it, to syndicated talk show host Joe Pagliarulo. Pags (as he is known to his listeners) broadcast the story on the radio last week and generated considerable interest — and anger — from parents and citizens whose tax dollars fund the Tipps Elementary School.
The school’s principal did not respond directly to inquiries from The Blaze or Pagliarulo, but progress has been reported.
Yesterday we received a copy of a letter sent to parents from the kindergarten teacher, Debra Thornton.
Parental Outrage Forces School To Drop Obama Worship Song
The note read:
Dear Parent/Guardian of Kindergarten students,
Although you have indicated that your child will not be participating in the Black History program, I wanted to take this opportunity to clarify some misinformation you have received.
Last week, I sent our Kindergarten team’s preliminary selection for the Black History Month program to you. I did not include details other than the poem. I also inadvertently included an internal cover note intended for teachers. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Since you received this preliminary selection, Ms. Reid has had the chance to review all the performance selections by all grade levels. Those kindergarten students with parent permission to participate will be doing a recitation of a selection from the book by Michelle Cook, Our Children Can Soar, A Celebration of Rosa, Barack, and the Pioneers of Change, instead of the preliminary selection that was sent to you.
Thank you for your continued support.
Sincerely,
Deborah Thornton
Kindergarten Teacher
Ms. Thorton’s note claims that this poem/song was a preliminary choice. However, the note originally sent to teachers was quite clear:
Attached is a chant about President Barack Obama.  All Kindergarteners will be required to learn the chant for the Black History program.
Nothing in the original memo mentioned that this was a preliminary selection. And the note also states that all kindergarteners will be required to learn it, not just those participating in the program.
Kelly Durham, the district’s assistant superintendent for communications, defended the song during a telephone interview with The Blaze last week, calling itan instructional activity to honor Black History Month.” The kindergartners were supposed to perform it during an evening school program.
Not anymore, apparently

Emails and Suggestions in Response to the Burning of the Koran

NOTE:  Shortly after posting "Obama Pledges to Punish Troops Responsible .. for burning Korans", I received an Email from a friend, and other suggestions that may bring some common sense approaches to this issue of our military's burning of the Koran.  I'll post the Email first:

EMAIL TRANSLATED FROM HEBREW:

I
tried to do this that you can understandHowever, I am a person that can go wrongbecause it's written on my opinion onlyI must sayBut that's my thought.

If someone burns a book, and that his book, it makes it to his problem only what he wants to do with his property.  Look, friends, Moses broke the tablets, the erroneous act that Israel did. The plates were written in "finger of God".

If a Christian or Muslimbuying Israel's holy book, and they burn it, the book it's their property, not mine! I'm with the right to respond to something in how I feel, if someone burns my book - my property.  However, if in response, I would do an act of revenge, or bloodshed, - that's "the crazy" - he knows the way of madness.

More than that. The   Torah was given to-- humans (Not to angelsthat is not sinful - the Torah was given to people that they have a good instinctand made opposite of good). Moses broke the tablets, because people have sinned against it.

That is, to the anger,That in order to/ the degree of anger from them, to By an act of/ to break the boards, as if "before the the Torah was given to them", and still the Torah in his hands, and still did not give it to them, if you - understand me (And create a situationthat the tablets are brokenand the children of Israel "did not receive the Torah still", and after that they be punished for an actcould Moses back up to Mount Sinai - and again lower theTorah - the second time from Mount Sinai - and they did. ) .

Bloodshed, worse than all and Muslims do bloodshed against those who "burn their papers" (I do not use the name of the book and give it a name an alias of - paperworkThat it's just paperworkwhich are written imaginings of someone eccentricthat wanted to be a prophetand believe in fantasies of himselfIf it was todayhe would finish in the hospital of the mentally ill.)

Know that according to my belief that perception, the world was created for humans, and humans are entirely creative, and the first commandment is"You shall not murder", and it is very different from "not kill". Torah says "You shall not murder".A person who sins against the skythat is, against the power of a spiritual elderhis life must remain in the value of lifethat every person is a person who isas distinct from an angelthe human is capable of sinand the ability to remorse and repentance for it.

Muslim  that hurts a person that burned a book of Muslims, the Muslim has done a crimemore specificallythat book - not his property.  Who sinned against heaven that will receive punishment from heaven, not from people's handsPerson who sin against people, people may discuss itpersonis creating lockedeven when he sins against something of a sacredforbidden to discuss it to death

Islam is a religion that was created by an eccentric (see Wikipedia "Muhammad - a weirdo") and therefore with the holes of a sieve.

Second response (from Nick):

Here's the proper way to get rid of this damned book:

"Muslim scholar Allamah Haskafi, author of the 18th-century jurisprudence text Durr-Mukhtar, wrote of the disposal of the no-longer-wanted Qurans:

"If one decides to get rid of religious literature, the right thing would be to bury them by wrapping them in something pure first, in a place where people would not walk very rarely. Similarly, it would be permitted to tie the books and papers with something heavy and cast them into a flowing river. You may also burn (texts other than the Koran), but in this case, only after erasing the names of Allah, his Angels and his Messengers (peace and blessings be upon them all). As far the old and unusable Korans are concerned, it is not permitted to burn them unless there is no other way to dispose them."

Third response (from Ronald):

Then those prizoners who wrote on the Quran's to pass notes defiled the Quran and need to be executed by beating them with the Quran.

and, SEE BARE NAKED ISLAM's response:

Burn a pile of papers ... while others shed blood

It is clear to most who is doing what ...!!

If I receive more comments/Emails, I will continue to post them here!

Obama "Pledges to Punish Troops Responsible .. for burning Korans"

Obama Sends Letter To Afghanistan Apologizing For Koran Burning, Pledges To Punish Troops Responsible…
Pathetic.
KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) – The Afghan president’s office says it has received a letter from President Obama formally apologizing for the burning of Qurans at a U.S. military base in Afghanistan.
The statement from President Hamid Karzai’s office says the U.S. ambassador delivered the letter on Thursday.
In the letter, which is quoted in the statement, Obama expresses his “deep regret for the reported incident” and offers his “sincere apologies.”
According to the statement, Obama wrote: “The error was inadvertent; I assure you that we will take the appropriate steps to avoid any recurrence, to include holding accountable those responsible.”

Bee's Note:

Has anyone actually searched to find out the proper way to dispose of a Koran?  Using "Google" this morning, there is hardly anything available that gives instructions on how to respectfully dispose of a Koran.  However, there are numerous sites explaining how to dispose of old Bibles.  And, just as we've heard Obama speak of the "holy" Koran, the Christians oftentimes refer to their Bibles as The "Holy" Bible.

Bibles are rarely, if ever, simply tossed in the trash.  Families will donate older Bibles to the church, libraries, charity organizations, and in the old days, would burn under the instructions of their Church, before considering throwing out with the trash, a Holy Bible.

The troops burning of the Korans was done out of respect - they did not throw them out in a trash heap!

I find this remarkable, considering it is the Koran that teaches its followers to behead, murder, torture, and slaughter by the thousands Christians, Jews, Buddhists and all "infidels", according to the unholy teachings of the Koran.  It was the followers of the Koran that attacked the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.  It is the Islamic terrorists (followers of the Koran) that our troops are fighting in the fields of Afghanistan - for over 10 years.  And yet, our troops did what they thought was "respectful" in disposing of the Book of Hate - the Koran.

President Obama, in not coming to the defense of our troops is despicable!  Just another example of this president bowing and appeasing the followers of Islam, when he should be defending and supporting America's troops.

What's the Proper Way to Dispose of a Koran?

Something to chew on.

6:28 PM, SEP 9, 2010 • BY LEE SMITH

Terry Jones may have called off his Koran burning in Florida, but Iraqpundit writes that someone still owes the preacher a debt of gratitude:
Burning the Koran is only respectful way of disposing of the Holy book. For example, if a student is learning calligraphy and copies pages from the Koran, he is not allowed to throw away the papers. He must burn them out of respect for the Koran. So actually the Florida man is doing the Muslims a favor by disposing of several copies of the Koran in a proper way.
This reminds me of when I was studying in Cairo several years ago and my doorman showed me another way to dispose of the sacred book properly:
[The doorman] discovered in my garbage an exam I had taken that tested knowledge of certain ayat (or verses) from the Quran, and he reproached me for putting the holy book in the trash. I said that it was not the Quran itself, but only words taken from it. His response was astonishing: "You can either burn your exam," he explained, "or do this …" At which point, he tore off a verse, rolled it up, put it into his mouth, and swallowed it.

How to Properly Dispose of a Bible

Instructions

    • 1
Give the Bible away if it is not in bad condition. Find a friend or relative who wants it. Or contact a local church or public library who could use it. You can also make a posting on Craigslist for a free Bible.
    • 2
Get the Bible restored if it has particular meaning to you or the only reason you are throwing it away is damage. Prices vary depending on the repairs needed. If the damage is small, it can cost less to repair than replace.

    • 3
Burn the Bible if you are Catholic. This is the appropriate way to dispose of missals and other holy books as well.
    • 4
Bury the old Bible. This is an alternative for Catholics and also suggested for Lutherans. Once the Bible has burned, bury the ashes. Jews bury the Torah in order to discard it respectfully.
    • 5
Recycle the Bible to follow the advice of the American Bible Society.
